The
teachers are fantastic, and the studio is very calm and peaceful. I am a
beginner in yoga and the students and instructors both welcomed me with open
arms and are very helpful and uplifting. I have recommended this studio to many
people and will continue to do so!

The best
yoga workout you will ever experience! This practice, this studio has changed my
life. The instructors are knowledgable, welcoming, caring and helpful. Each
class session is a gift! The location is perfect...close to the American River
and nature abound. I recommend it for everyone.

I
discovered Hot Yoga at Sunrise passing by the studio in route to my river walk.
I decided to try it, and on the first day I knew it would change my life. I got
more fit, my body changed for the better and became noticeably more calm and
content. I took a 5 month break? My friend bought me a gift cert for Christmas
to get back there now! Not so subtle hint. I am now back to the practice and am
Back. Studio is CUTE! Instructors caring and knowledgeable. Classes varied and
challenging. Always feel welcome. You should try it.

I travel
from Fresno to practice with the instructors at Hot Yoga at Sunrise. There is
such good energy from everone there. The instructors are very knowledgable and
helpful to each student. You feel genuinely cared about and exhilarated when you
leave. It is nirvana!

Just did
the $20 for two weeks of unlimited classes and I wish I could afford to keep
going every day for the rest of my life! All of the Bikram instructors are great
-- especially Bobby and Robin.

As a
competitive runner, yoga and stretching are necessary components to my training
regiment.This studio not only provides a variety of classes but phenomenal
teachers and outstanding service. Warning: Hot Yoga at Sunrise may cause
serious, long-lasting addictions to a better way of life! :)

Great instructors who are able to accommodate all levels of experience in every
class, from the first time ever student to the most experienced. Classes are
challenging and fun. The students are friendly and are a joy to practice with.

The yogis at Hot Yoga at Sunrise are professional and consistent in their
classes. They offer a variety of yoga styles that appeal to the different needs
of the clients. The other aspect I like is they keep the focus on the practice
of yoga.

Hot Yoga at Sunrise is a great workout. In 90-minutes you can work out your body
and mind. The instructors are motivating, you'll feel comfortable at any level
of fitness, and their classes are at convenient times for all schedules.

Hot yoga at sunrise will change your life. Its a great way to lose a few pounds
and you won't even know your working. You will be sore however. But its all
worth it. (be sure to bring plenty of water)
My instructor Bobby very experienced at helping first timers and always very
encouraging. They do different kinds of Yoga styles such and Bikram and Vinyasa.
Its all fun.
Your body and mind will thank you.

The classes are great, the studio is always well maintained, the instructors
teach great classes, and Bobby and Robin are just beautiful people! They are
worth the drive from the foothills.

The owners are fabulous and really care about their students. The temperature
and humidity of the room is the most comfortable I've felt in a hot yoga class
in Northern California

At Hot Yoga At Sunrise, they really care about their students. Whenever I miss
class a few times, I receive a phone call just to make sure everything is ok.
They let you take each class session at your own pace.

This is such a great studio - the instructors have wonderful personalities and
truly love what they teach. It's a studio where people at all ability levels
(beginners to the most flexible) will feel comfortable.

I
love this studio! It's the best hot yoga in town and I've been to most of them I
think. Bobby and Robin are a loving, humorous and knowledgeable team and they
make me feel like family. The studio is always clean and beautiful and the other
students and teachers are wonderful to work with! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
