I've been practicing relaxing my muscles as I go through my days. Just checking in with my body now and then, relaxing completely, and bringing myself into a much more centered space. It's been very helpful in reducing the stress that naturally builds up in my muscles.

I was sharing this with Bobby on a warm-up run the other day and told him to try it. Just keep relaxing as he's racing. Guess what, he had the fastest race ever in a 10k (Run to Feed the Hungry). He said he really felt like the relaxing made him faster and more efficient!

So practice relaxing, breath into those tense muscles and just let go! It's an amazing way to flow through your day releasing the stress along the way.
