5:30am Tuesday and Thursday are Silent Classes; Bikram Style 

you must attend at least 7 regular classes prior to attending a silent class

Please, Come to Class Hydrated, Don't Eat 2-3 Hours Before Class

 After Class Replace with Electrolytes

Preparing For Class

 

All classes are hot and 90 minutes (except 5:30am - 80 min condensed)

All classes are open to new students at any level of fitness

 

 New students please arrive 15-20 minutes early  

(no late arrivals please, we lock the doors)

Regular students please arrive 10 minutes early

     

Bring a large beach towel, 2 small hand towels, a yoga mat

and a large drinking water  (we also sell or rent these)         

  An optional extra towel for showering in our hot outdoor shower

 

Wear something you'd wear to the gym to workout in

(no cotton tees or sweats please)

 

Come ready to sweat, laugh and work hard - bring a friend!
